28/365: (Never) Forget

This photo is not my best photo of the day, but is certainly the most important photo representing my day, which included attending the opening of a new center to train caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease.

The effect I was trying to achieve in shooting the photo is fairly obvious (“forget” blurry and out of focus), but I am looking for photo editing suggestions to make the effect more dramatic.
